General Building Works

Here at P & D build we have a great level of experience in both commercial and residential refurbishment and construction across many sectors, incl. schools, healthcare, and local government. Our services range from site strip out to full refits and structural alterations. With all aspects of general construction covered, we are also able to offer a ‘one-stop-shop’ package to clients, helping to keep costs down, whilst ensuring programme deliverability.

Carpentry Works

Our in-house carpentry and joinery team are able to offer a number of home and work solutions, including kitchens and built-in furniture, doors, Upvc doors and windows, and much more. We also offer a bespoke service for the supply and installation of staircases, fire doors, and other timber based products.

BWIC Support

P & D Build was formed at the heart of the Mechanical and Electrical services industry, and as part of the DPL Group, we’re already heavily involved in supporting other trades with Builders Work on large sites across the county. The services we offer include drilling, concreting, substrate preparation, shuttering, and boxing of services, along with our fully accredited passive fire services.

Hygenic Cladding Installations

We supply and install hygienic cladding such as Trovex and Whiterock to the NHS across the Eastern region. Our installers offer a professional and rapid installation providing a smooth, durable and safe finish. Our installations feature thermoformed corners, and all joints are hot welded.

Suspended Ceilings

We are able to offer a complete suspended ceiling supply and installation service, installing products from Armstrong and Rockfon among others. We are able to offer this service on a quick turnaround, with projects delivered to local schools, hospitals, and offices.

Refurbishments

The team at P & D build are able to undertake full refurbishments of both domestic and commercial properties.

Project Management

Our services include the full project management of schemes throughout the construction phase. We are also able to offer a project management and design consultation service for design and build schemes. With a sound knowledge of relevant building regulations, as well as contemporary construction techniques, we can ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget, and the golden thread of information is captured and passed on.

Fire Stopping

We offer fire stopping services that are essential for enhancing the safety and compliance of your building. Our expert team is dedicated to preventing the spread of fire and smoke through strategic installation of fire stopping systems, ensuring the protection of lives and property.
